May, 2001 Humphreys Peak is the highest mountain in Arizona at 12,633 feet. It is located just outside of Flagstaff, AZ near the Snow Bowl ski resort. This was my very first high point and marked the beginning of a successful summer bagging Utah, Colorado, Idaho and Nevada. I apologize for the quality of this trip report, at the time I climbed Humphreys, I wasn't documenting trip reports online, so I didn't take good photos of the route along the hike. |
