Amy and I spent the Thanksgiving holiday with her family in South Dakota and had a wonderful time. Hawkeye Point, the highest point in Iowa, was only about 2 hours away so we decided to take advantage of being in the neighborhood. Hawkeye Point is a few miles north of Sibley, Iowa and just three miles south of the Minnesota border.
